CARBONDALE – A Carbondale man is charged with Aggravated Battery after Carbondale Police responded around 10:45 Sunday night to the 1400 block of East Main Street regarding an unprovoked battery that just happened.

Police say the suspect, 51-year-old David A. Knickerbocker was found quickly and arrested without incident. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail.
