MCLEANSBORO – The Hamilton County Highway Department says Thackery Blacktop reopened to traffic Friday afternoon.

The road was closed from Illinois 14 North to the railroad crossing on Monday, July 10 so crews could complete soil cement and repavement of the roadway.
