MARION – The following information was released by the Marion Police Department on Tuesday, July 25, 2023.

Misty Copher, 45, of Marion has been arrested for Criminal Trespass to Property and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer on July 18, 2023 in the 800 block of W. Main St.

Jacob Elliott, 28, of Creal Springs has been arrested for Possession of Adult Use Cannabis, Operating a Vehicle with Suspended Registration and Operating a Vehicle with an Expired Registration on July 19, 2023 in the area of Timberline Rd. and S. Market St.

Christian Jones, 27, of Marion has been arrested for Possession of Adult Use Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle, Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer and Operating a Vehicle with an Expire Registration on July 19, 2023 in the area of Scottsboro Rd. and N. Court St.

Cordarrell Clark, 33, of Marion has been issued a citation for Aggravated Assault in the 500 block of S. Buchanan St on July 20, 2023.

Terrele Reece, 27 of Marion has been arrested for Domestic Battery in the 1300 block of N. Van Buren St. on July 20, 2023.

Aaron Waransman, 40, of Marion has been issued citations for Driving While License Suspended, Suspended Registration and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle in the 2700 block of W. DeYoung St. on July 21, 2023.

Linda Bridges, 69, of Dowell has been issued citation for Driving While License Suspended, Suspended Registration and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle on July 21, 2023 in the 3200 block of Banterra Dr.

Peyton Neff, 30 of Du Quoin has been issued a citation for Retail Theft at Walmart on July 21, 2023.

Yolanda Thomas, 51, of Chicago has been arrested for Possession of Stolen Property, Unlawful Use of a Credit Card and Possession of Another Person’s Credit/Debit Card on July 21, 2023 in the 2700 block of Walton Way.

Amber Kerley, 31, of Buncombe has been issued a citation for Retail Theft at Walmart on July 22, 2023.
