BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Monday, September 26, 2023.
9-18-23 Jeffery L. Thiele, age 63, of Benton was arrested for domestic battery.
9-19-23 Tracy L. Letrent, age 49, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for failure to wear a seat belt.
9-19-23 Britney N. Stewart, and 25, of Mulkeytown was issued traffic citations for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding.
9-19-23 Deandre D. Tucker, age 22, of Creal Springs was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
9-20-23 Aleesha D. Butler, age 23, of Orient was issued a traffic citation for driving while license suspended.
9-20-23 Jasimine K. Rings, age 19, of Benton was arrested for resisting or obstructing a Peace Officer.
9-21-23 Bradley L. Baker, age 57, of Sesser was issued traffic citations for driving while license suspended and failure to yield.
9-22-23 Jeffrey T. Farmer, age 50, of Woodlawn was issued a traffic citation for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
9-22-23 McKenzie L. Storey, age 24, of Mt. Vernon was issued a traffic citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
9-23-23 Billy J. Pearson, age 43, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
9-23-23 Rachel D. Austin, age 32, of West Frankfort was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
9-23-23 Ford L. Szczeblewski, age 39, of Sesser was issued traffic citations for leaving the scene of an accident, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash.

9-20-23 Dakota D. Skelton, age 23, of Carbondale. Petition to revoked on possession of a controlled substance charge.
9-22-23 Damon M. Stewart, age 20, of Sesser. Failure to appear for domestic battery and driving while license suspended.
9-22-23 Teresa G. Price, age 37, of Benton. Williamson County failure to appear warrant for criminal damage to property.
9-22-23 Robert K. Atchison Jr., age 49, of Sesser. Failure to appear for driving while license revoked.
