BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Monday, Nov. 13, 2023.

11-6-23 Trevor J. Tretter, age 30, of Murphysboro was issued a traffic citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

11-7-23 Jesse L. Benedict, age 29, of Pittsburg was issued a traffic citation for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

11-7-23 Zachary T. Murrie, age 32, of Marion was issued a traffic citation for driving while license revoked.

11-8-23 Braden J. Tabor, age 18, of Christopher was arrested for theft.

11-10-23 Bradnon R. Fitzpatrick, age 43, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle.

11-10-23 Daniel T. Nutt, age 40, of Sesser was arrested for violation of an order of protection and resisting a Peace Officer.

11-11-23 Alexander C. Smith, age 26, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for driving while license suspended.

11-12-23 Tyler M. Bradham, age 27, of Mt. Vernon was issued a traffic citation for leaving the scene of an accident.

11-12-23 David R. Hill, age 49, of Mt. Vernon was issued a traffic citation for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.

11-12-23 Tina L. Lefler, age 63, of Coello was arrested for aggravated battery.

WARRANT ARRESTS

11-7-23 Thomas E. Biggs, age 37, of Benton. Failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.

The public is reminded that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
