VIENNA – IDOT says both directions of Illinois 146, just east of Vienna City Park and one mile west of I-24, will be closed, weather permitting, starting Friday at 6 p.m. for a culvert replacement project.

A posted detour will be in place to safely guide you around the closure. The work is expected to be completed by 6 a.m. Monday.

You should pay close attention to changing conditions and all detour signs prior to the work zone, obey the posted speed limits, refrain from using mobile devices, and be alert for workers and equipment.
