CARBONDALE – This year marks the 21st Anniversary of the Dunkin’ and Illinois Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Illinois partnership. This partnership has been a huge success over the years; in fact, more than $8.7 million has been raised in Illinois.

The 2024 Cop on a Rooftop event got underway statewide early this morning and will run until noon. 

Carbondale Police officers will be at Dunkin, located at 1181 Rendleman Road in Carbondale, today to rally support for Special Olympics athletes. 

Each guest who donates to the Torch Run will receive a coupon for a free donut. Guests who donate $10 or more will receive a Law Enforcement Torch Run/Dunkin’ branded tumbler (while supplies last) and a coupon for a free medium hot or iced coffee.
