MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Monday, June 17, 2024.

Raymond Littlepage, 44, of Madisonville, KY, was issued a citation for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis by Driver in the area of Testa Drive and South Carbon Street on June 14, 2024.

Justin Murphy, 41, of Marion was arrested for Trespassing in the 2600 block of West Main Street on June 14, 2024.

Ricky Kelton, 71, of Marion was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Obstructing a Police Officer in the 400 block of North Fair Street on June 14, 2024.

Michael Jadron, 24, of Herrin was arrested for Retail Theft and Criminal Trespass to Property at Walmart on June 14, 2024.

Donnie Dotson, 48, of Benton, KY, was arrested for Aggravated Battery to a Police Officer in the 1000 block of Miners Drive on June 14, 2024.

Michael Dotson, 43, of Dexter, KY, was arrested for Aggravated Battery to a Police Officer and Aggravated Battery in a Public Place in the 1000 block of Miners Drive on June 14, 2024.

Sierra Allgaier, 32, of Marion was arrested for Driving on a Suspended License and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle in the area of North Bentley Street and West Stockton Street on June 15, 2024.

Brent Battles, 26, of Marion was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis by Passenger and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol in the area of North Bentley Street and West Stockton Street on June 15, 2024.

Jeremy Taylor, 36, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine in the area of North Van Buren Street and West Main Street on June 16, 2024.

Nicole Keen, 44, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft in the 900 block of South Court Street on June 16, 2024.

Luke Norton, 21, of Vienna was arrested for Driving on a Suspended License in the area of East Main Street and South Future Street on June 16, 2024.

David Ahr, 44, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft in the 2600 block of West DeYoung Street on June 16, 2024.
