BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following warrant information for publication on Wednesday, June 26, 2024.

Fifty-nine-year-old Samuel C. Poteete is wanted out of Franklin County for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. He was last known to be living in the Valier area.

Twenty-seven-year-old Laryn M. Shupe is wanted out of Franklin County for retail theft. She was last known to be living in the West Frankfort area.

Forty-two-year-old James E. Holland Jr. is wanted out of Franklin County for domestic battery. He was last known to be living in the Zeigler area.

If you see any of these subjects, please do not approach them as they could be considered armed and/or dangerous.
