MARION – The Southern Illinois Made Expo team will hold a charity check presentation at Veterans Airport of Southern Illinois in Marion Friday to present the 2024 fundraising proceeds to this year’s benefitting charities.

The charities are Honor Flight of Southern Illinois, This Able Veteran and Down the Leash Service Dogs.

The Expo was held on July 20 and 21, drawing hundreds from the region.

Each year, the Expo is held to not only provide a platform for the local business community to showcase their products and services but also to raise funds for local veteran-serving causes.

State Sen. Dale Fowler and the Southern Illinois Chambers of Commerce will make the check presentation starting at 11 a.m.
