CARBONDALE – Carbondale Police need your help finding 67-year-old Richard L. Slomkowski of Carbondale.

Police say Slomkowski was last seen Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the area of West Main Street and New Era Road in Carbondale.

Slomkowski is 5’5” tall, weighing 125 pounds. He has blue eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a purple shirt, black pants, and black and white shoes. Slomkowski has a condition that places him at risk.
