MT. VERNON -The City of Mt. Vernon invites you to participate in a City Council workshop on the establishment of a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) for the downtown area.

This workshop will provide an opportunity to discuss and gather community input on this initiative.

It will be held Tuesday at 4 p.m. in City Council Chambers at City Hall on Main Street in Mt. Vernon.
