CARBONDALE – Carbondale Police are looking for three suspects allegedly involved in a shooting in the 600 block of North Robert A. Stalls Avenue around 3:50 Sunday afternoon.

According to police, officers eventually located two victims, who left from the area, with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. They were taken by ambulance to Memorial Hospital of Carbondale for treatment.

During the course of the investigation, officers learned three suspects, described as black males in their late teens or early 20s, confronted the victims during a personal dispute resulting in multiple shots being fired. As of Monday afternoon, one of the victims had been released and the other is in stable condition. The investigation remains active and ongoing.
