HARRISBURG – Harrisburg will remember those lost in the 2012 Leap Year Tornado and those who helped restore the community at the Harrisburg Leap Day Tornado Anniversary Memorial Program.

It will start at 8 a.m. at the First Mid-Bank Memorial Site on Rollie Moore Drive in Harrisburg.
