MT. VERNON – Mt. Vernon Fire will conduct fire hydrant testing beginning Tuesday, weather permitting, north of Broadway, from North 10^th to North 27^th streets, and south of Broadway, from South 27^th to South 30^th streets including portions of Harlan Road, Brownsville Road and by Continental Tire.

Residents are cautioned that testing can cause discoloration to the water in the area being tested.
